To Inactivate a Payment Term
To inactivate a payment term, go to home page, click on the hambuger icon, select Payment Term feature, then double-click on the payment term you want to stop.
On the next page, toggle on Inactive button and then click the Save button at the upper right corner of the page.
Next, you need to decouple it from the relevant contact.
To do this, go back to the home page and click on the hamburger button, then select the Contacts feature.
Double-click on the contact that the payment term applies to and navigate to the Basic tab. Locate the Payment Term field and click on the “X” button to remove the payment term from the contact.
Finally, click on the Save button at the upper right corner of the page to update the changes.
